The McCulloch CS380 is a 16" petrol chainsaw, powered by a 38cc OxyPower engine. The engine uses some of OxyPower's latest technology so the engine offers more power, with 70% less emissions and 20% lower fuel consumption. The CS380 has soft start technology, which reduces resistance in the starter cord by upto 40%. A combined choke and stop control allows for faster starting and greater reliability by reducing the risk of engine flooding. A purge, which is a manual pump that provides the carburettor with fuel and makes the CS380 easier to start with fewer pulls. The engine is equipped with the efficient McCulloch CCS centrifugal air cleaning system for less maintenance and greater durability and thanks to the fuel level window, you can easily tell how much fuel there is left in the tank.
The tool-less chain tensioner allows for quick and easy tensioning and changing the chain and the double activated chain brake increases safety with activation by right hand or automatically by inertia. Felling sights makes it easier to get the right angle when felling a tree and there is a combi tool integrated into the rear handle so its always there when you need it for maintenance.
The McCulloch CS380 Petrol Chainsaw has Soft grip handles for comfortable use and an effective anti-vibration system that allows you to work more efficiently and for longer periods of time. The saw handles are isolated from the engine and cutting attachment to minimize vibrations.
