Mountfield MC640 16" 40.1cc Petrol Chainsaw

An ideal general purpose chainsaw the Mountfield MC640 has a 40cm/16" sprocket nose guide bar and a .325" chain with a 0.050" pitch. Powered by a 40.1cc 2-stroke engine, which runs on a 50:1 petrol/oil mixture, it has an electronic ignitiion for easy starting.

The Mountfield MC640 features include an automatic and adjustable chain lubrication system, side position chain tensioner, double acting chain brake, anti-vibration mountings and a primer pump.

Weighing just 4.75kg (excluding bar and chain) this saw is well balanced with an excellent power to weight ratio and a rated noise level of 112 dB(A). Chain speed is 21.2 metres per second.
