Welcome to Mower Supermarket, an Avon Garden Machinery online superstore. We are pleased to offer you a huge selection of machinery from all major manufacturers at extremely competitive prices. We have been established as a specialist garden machinery retailer since 1986, providing an excellent after sales service to customers in the west of England. The business has been built with a combination of top quality product and personal, expert service.

All prices include VAT at 20% and all 4 stroke petrol machines as well as select 2 stroke petrol machines will be supplied with free engine oil (see delivery section for details).We provide a secure payment environment for you, the customer, via SagePay.

If you prefer not to buy online, you may order by phone on our dedicated order line 0117 9822335 (Please note this is NOT the phone number for Avon Garden Machinery ), or by fax on 0117 9496658. In this case, payment may be made by Maestro/ Credit Card over the telephone, or by cheque with pro-forma invoice.
You may also order by post. Please make cheques payable to: Avon Garden Machinery and send to: Unit 3, Avonbank Industrial Centre, West Town Road, Bristol, BS11 9DE. Please state clearly make & model of machine required, delivery address and telephone number.


Free delivery on all orders over £30 (large garden tractors aside as we do not send by courier-call to discuss) to residents of the U.K. Mainland (except certain Highland postcodes and N.I; also excludes islands). Orders under £30 (affecting Spare Parts and some Garden Equipment Accessories) are subject to a small P&P cost of £2.95.

Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirming the details of your order followed by a second email containing your delivery schedule. If you have any delivery instructions please include these on your order or send us an email. Tractors mowers are delivered using our personal delivery service every tractor is delivered assembled, pre-delivery inspected, tested and tuned for optimum performance, before being delivered by a member of staff, who will demonstrate how to use your new machine. As we deliver tractors and riders in this way, you will find the free delivery range at the bottom of the description of each individual tractor. We are happy to deliver further afield, please email info@mowersupermarket.co.uk with your postcode for a quote.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, etc

The website is unable to quote for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Jersey and other Islands, as any additional carriage cost will depend on the size and weight of the item, for certain machines there may be additional fee to N Ireland or Scottish Highlands, please email info@mowersupermarket.co.uk to enquire. 

Any machine ordered through the website to a Scottish Highland address will automatically receive a £25 carriage surcharge.

EU Deliveries

We have delivered widely throughout the EU in recent times, including Poland, Latvia, France, Germany, Belguim, Denmark and the Republic of Ireland . We are able to send machines to any EU country and are happy to find the best quote for delivery if contacted on the below email address. We are able to provide machinery at a zero-VAT rate to EU companies who are VAT-registered. Please note the following proceedure for such sales: please include your VAT registration number in your enquiry if applicable, as well as a full billing and delivery address. We will find the best quote for delivery, advise you of the options in terms of price and time. We only accept payment by direct bank transfer for international sales (allow 2-4 working days for money to arrive in our account). All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.  In the event of a warranty issue, Mower Supermarket will not be liable for transportation costs relating to claims whereby the goods have been delivered outside the UK mainland. By the same token, by ordering a machine to be delivered outside of the UK Mainland, you agree to Mower Supermarket's no-returns policy in such circumstances. It is the buyer's responsibilty to make sure any machine is correct/suitable for his/her needs. All warranty issues will be handled by service agaents in the countyr of delivery.

We do not supply machinery outside of the EU.

Spare Parts

Orders under £30 (affecting Spare Parts and some Garden Equipment Accessories) are subject to a small P&P cost of £2.95.

Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail Post. All such items are dispatched as soon as possible via 2nd class post unless discussed by phone beforehand, and normally arrive in 3-5 working days.

How your delivery works

All the products listed on this site are shown with their usual delivery times in working days. If an item shows next working day delivery and your order is placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, we will (stock permitting) dispatch your order the same working day, please email sales@agmonline.co.uk or call 0117 982 2335 if you want to check for stock levels of an item before ordering.

Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following Monday (except bank holidays). We will strive to provide you accurate information on shipping, however the delivery period advised by email, on this site or verbally is a guide only and is 'courier permitting'. Please allow for additional delivery time for N Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

We will notify you as soon as possible to any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product and you may, of course, cancel or switch your order at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory. For dispatched items our standard returns policy applies (see 'Returns', within terms and conditions).

Upon receipt of your goods please take care to examine them carefully before signing for the delivery as you are being asked by the courier to confirm not just receipt of the goods, but that they have been received in good condition. If you suspect that there may be damage to your consignment, suffered during transit, please make a note of this on the delivery slip when asked to sign. Failure to do this may impact on any claim you make as to the state of the goods with regards to damage or breakages after the delivery has taken place.
