The MT-3500S has a 35cm/ 14" Oregon chain and bar, which is powered by a 38.9cc 2 stroke engine with 1.5kW power, which features Efco's Burn Right techology which produces lower emissions, burns less fuel and low noise levels. The engine also features an easy access primer for easy cold starting and the body of the machine has a step by step starting guide, making starting the machine simple, even for less experienced chainsaw users.

The MT-3500S also features trasparent fuel and oil tanks, automatic chain oiling, with a sprocket drive oil pump, that does not pump when the engine is idleing, reducing oil consumption and preventing the machine from leaking after use, as is often the case on monst chainsaws.
